Gelince Haber VerIn this study particulary the sub-title, the meaning of the relevant verse, and other complementary verses have been specified, and short explanations have been made for some sub-titles which require explanation. A total of 353 commandments and 341 prohibitions are taken in this book. While preparing the sub-titles, the ones corresponding to the relevant verses have been put in quotation marks. Some of the commandments and prohibitions taken here are direct commandments or prohibitions mentioned in the Qur’an, and others have been determined by inference. I have set out a pleasant journey to write this book in Turkish for mainly Turkish spe-akers living in all the Turkish states all over the world where a big majority of peop-le believe in islamic religion with a population around three hundred million people as of today. I sincerely intend to help them to read and understand the command-ments and the prohibitions in the Holy Qur’an in their mother language and follow them in their lives.
